What is Invisalign?
Invisalign is the virtually invisible, orthodontic appliance for teeth that is clinically proven to straighten teeth without metal braces. Removable clear aligners gradually move your teeth into the desired position, helping you to achieve the confident smile you want with comfort and convenience. You can take out your Invisalign invisible braces for eating, easy cleaning and special occasions.
How does Invisalign work?
Dr. Troy Pearce, a certified Invisalign provider serving Downtown Cincinnati, will provide a personal diagnosis and create an individualized plan for you. This plan will be sent to a lab that will create your custom aligners using advanced 3D computer imaging technology. Every two weeks, a new set of aligners will be provided until the treatment is done. There will be occasional check-ups along the way to ensure you achieve the results you want. The length of treatment depends on the severity of your case and can only be determined by Dr. Pearce; however, the average case takes about 12 months for adults. At the end of treatment, you reveal your new smile!
Why should I choose Invisalign?
Invisalign is aesthetically pleasing and functionally sound. They’re virtually invisible, which means you can straighten your teeth without anyone knowing. They’re clear braces that are comfortable, with no wires or metal that cause long-term soreness or cuts in your mouth. Invisalign is removable, which means you can eat and drink what you want and still brush and floss normally. With Invisalign, you can smile confidently knowing you have nothing to hide.
Is Invisalign only for adults?
No — Invisalign has been proven to work well for pre-teens, teenagers and adults of all ages. We’ve treated patients from 11 to 80 years old. As long as you are committed to wearing your aligners as recommended, Invisalign can definitely give you the smile you want.
How do I get started with my Invisalign treatment?
